What is the difference between Secure Access and VPN?
Unlike VPN, Secure Access does not require any installation or manteinance. It is faster and transparent to the user.
How can I get a free trial?
Simply register and activate it from your user panel by selecting "Add subscription".
How do I get the subscription that fits me best?
You need to work out two things; the number of users you require and how often you wish to pay. The options are monthly / every 12 months / every 24 months. The 12 and 24 month options each have discounts.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At the moment we only accept credit cards, though that may well change in the future. Payments greater than 1500€ can be done through a bank transfer.
How do I make a payment for my subscription?
Sign into your user panel and enter the number of users you want and how often you want to pay. You can then input your card details and make the payment. If the transfer will be above 1500€, contact us, or ask us to contact you so it can be made.
Can I get a quote?
Feel free to open a ticket and ask for a quote, either from our contact page or your user panel. For any request of over 500 users, a quote is mandatory.
How does Secure Access Work?
Secure Access uses a cloud-hosted service that shields the connection between your employees and the available corporate tools that you use.
Will Secure Access have to go through occasional software maintenance?
Just like any current software application, Secure Access will have the occasional maintenance for new updates and features. We will strive to make this as pain-free for the user as possible.
Is this software maintenance included in the subscription?
The maintenance is included in your subscription price so there is no need to worry. That includes security patches, critical bug fixes, new features and enhancements, as well as support for technical issues.
Can I upgrade my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can increase the number of users, as well as choosing to go from monthly payments to 12 and 24 months.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Sign into your user panel, go to "My Subscriptions", then to "Change Subscription", and then scroll down to where the "Cancel Subscription" button is.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can still use Secure Access until the expiration date of the subscription that you've purchased, but you will not receive a refund if you decide to cancel it early.

What is Secure Access?
Secure Access is a cloud-based authentication reverse proxy. It isolates your web resources from malicious threats on the internet. Secure Access lets you open your internal web applications to those selected remote users located outside your corporate network, without compromising the security of your infrastructure.
How does Secure Access work?
The Secure Access server acts as an intermediary between the requests coming from the internet and your servers. When a user tries to access the internal web application, it is redirected to the Secure Access login page. Once the user is authenticated, Secure Access will forward the traffic to the final web resource.
Is Secure Access suitable for my organization?
Secure Access is targeted at any organizations concerned about cybersecurity and the risks of having internal applications being exposed to the internet. All companies are eligible to operate with Secure Access.
How does Secure Access help me protect my internal applications and networks?
Secure Access protects your websites by limiting access over the internet. Every malicious user that attempts to access or exploit any vulnerability on your website will be stopped by the Secure Access secure authentication mechanism. Only authenticated and authorized users will have full access your websites.
Can I decide which users are allowed to access certain web applications?
Yes. The Secure Access dashboard lets you grant or deny access to specific domains or subdomains to any individual users or groups of your choosing.
Do I have to define all the users?
Yes. You can use the built-in user management system to create your Secure Access users, or you can integrate Secure Access with your current LDAP system and import users and groups from it.
Can I enforce Two-factor authentication into the login process?
Yes. Secure Access allows the system administrator to enable Two-factor Authentication for any user on the platform. You can use the built-in TOTP functionality and a third-party app (i.e. Google Authenticator) to enhance security of the login process. We have our own Two-factor mobile app to add a push notification authentication mechanism to the TOTP functionality coming soon.
How many domains and sub domains can I protect with Secure Access?
There are no limits on the number of domains and subdomains you can register. You can protect as many of them as you want with Secure Access.
Which additional security features does Secure Access have?
Secure Access has a built-in Web application firewall (WAF) that will block malicious requests from reaching your servers. It prevents attacks like SQL injection and Cross Site Scripting (XSS) from happening to you.
Can Secure Access help me prevent Denial of Service Attacks?
Yes. Secure Access will prevent all malicious requests from reaching your servers and infrastructure. Our platform will absorb and divert the attacks away from your servers.
How does Secure Access protect communications?
Secure Access uses SSL encryption to protect the communication between the user and the final resource. Uploading and using your own certificates is optional. If you don't have a certificate, you can generate one yourself for free in the Secure Access dashboard easily and rapidly.
What kind of monitoring does Secure Access provide with?
The Secure Access dashboard allows the systems administrators know exactly who is accessing every resource in real time. You can check where your users are physically located and which devices they using to access them. The dashboard also gives you information about the failed login attempts and traffic consumption for each of your resources.
Can I install Secure Access on my premises?
Yes. Secure Access is currently a shared cloud-based solution, but for the interest of some customers, we can create their own cloud instance or local installation. Contact us to find out the steps and associated rates.
How do I start protecting my website with Secure Access?
Simply follow these steps:
- Sign-up for a free trial account.
- Set up your users or import them from your LDAP.
- Make the DNS entry of your subdomain point to my.secureaccess.com
- Add your domain and subdomain in the Secure Access dashboard.
- Upload your certificates or generate one for free.
- (Optional) Block any traffic from other IP address other than Secure Access ones to prevent malicious users reaching your servers.
